In 3.2 M ammonium sulphate. Specific activity: 390 U/mg (25oC, pH 8.6, on galactose). Contaminants: α-galactosidase < 0.00003%; β-galactosidase, 0.0002%; NADH oxidase < 0.0002%. Stable at 4oC for > 2 years.
