EC 3.2.1.4 CAZY Family: GH5 From Talaromyces emersonii. Two bands on SDS PAGE. In 3.2 M ammonium sulphate. Specific activity: 64 U/mg (40°C, pH 4.5, CM-cellulose 4M as substrate). Contaminants: α-Amylase, α-glucosidase < 0.001%; ?-glucosidase < 0.004%; ?-mannanase 0.13%. Stable at 4°C for > 4 years.
